    Responsibilities

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

     

    Provide Excellent Customer Service: Effectively communicate and assist our service customers when booking appointments, as well as when in store for service

    Pay Attention to Details: Attentively handle cashiering and data entry responsibilities

    Work as a Team: Maintain open communication with management, service advisors and technicians

    Have Professional Phone Etiquette: Communicate professionally in person as well as over the phone with customers and coworkers

    Complete work in a Timely Manner: Ensure that all administrative and customer service tasks are attended to and completed quickly and efficiently

    Qualifications

    This is a full-time position starting at $11.00-$13.00/hour depending upon the individuals experience and productivity. Candidates must be able to work 40 hours/week, including rotating Saturdays.
